Privacy policy
Your questions.
Your information.
This notice explains the data collected by this website and how it is used. Last updated October 5, 2026.
Information you provide
The consultation form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, service interest, and an optional message. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss water treatment or system service. Please do not send financial, medical, or other sensitive information through this form.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored in a private area of this WordPress website, accessible to authorized administrators. When email notifications are enabled, the request may also be sent through the website’s mail provider. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. We do not use the form to enroll you automatically in marketing messages.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses server-side validation, a hidden bot field, short-lived verification tokens, timing checks, and request limits. A keyed hash of the connection IP address is used for temporary abuse controls; the raw address is not added to the inquiry record by this form. The hosting provider may maintain separate access and security logs.
Cookies and external content
WordPress uses cookies for authorized administrator sessions. This design does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics. If you choose to load the Puronics explainer, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player processes playback and device information under Google’s policies. The player is not loaded before you click. External links lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Contact Paramount to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion. Requests may need to be retained where necessary for an ongoing service relationship or legal obligations. No fixed automatic retention schedule is configured for inquiry records on this website.
